Swedish nature is one of those things we are very proud off. Scandinavian environment: forestry, clean water and air… So how come one Swede out of four experience symptoms related to bad air like allergy or even asthma? As we breathe 30 kg daily we should be aware of quality of surrounding air. Surprisingly, the indoor air has been neglected although it can be even hundred times more polluted than outdoors. High levels of particles or chemicals has been linked with respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, overweight and cancer. Clean air, on the contemporary, has been proven to boost working efficiency, wellbeing, contribute to brain development in children like also improve our mood.
